    System Analyst (SA) faces business users and elicits their requirements on small enhancement project delivery, such as new business or business improvement. Specifically, SA is bridging between Business Analyst from Biz side and Application development & maintenance vendors from IT side and SA is mainly responsible for documentation about solution requirements to realize business requirements.
