Consultants must possess excellent hands-on technical skills as well as the ability to build enthusiasm and provide leadership to a development team
• Interest and experience with big data technologies including HDFS, Spark, Spark Streaming is desirable.
• Requires 5+ years previous experience with medium to large software application development.
• Prior Experience in Distributed Computing with Message Oriented Middleware.Experience programming with Java/J2EE/JDBC/XML, SQL, WAS, JMS, in a Windows/Unix environment is a must.
• Familiarity with the principles of object-oriented software development, tuning experience with LDAP and Web servers.
• CORBA knowledge, experience in Business Process Analysis and Design, pre-sales and post-sales support, project management, object-oriented application development/lifecycle, and consulting experience from a vendor perspective preferred.

    As Country Manager Platform Sales - Japan, you’ll lead our sales efforts in your region by developing and converting sales opportunities with services providers across industries such as transportation, logistics, telecom.

    We have dozens of partners globally and we are accelerating this growth with country managers in key priority markets. You will build pipelines of qualified leads and masterfully manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing. You’ll also become an expert on the platform and will partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to drive product and operational improvements.

    Responsibilities

    Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in your region with a focus on strategic accounts with Various service providers.
    Become an expert on our platform; display a deep understanding of its functionality, features, and impact for clients
    Develop insights regarding customer use-cases; position and present our platform as an ideal solution for client needs
    Strategically navigate the buying and renewal processes; communicate tactfully and persuasively with stakeholders and budget decision makers

    Requirements

    An outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales (7+ years) or a strong background in transportation or telecom (including strong public sector relationships), preferably in fast-paced product-driven environments
    Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling, and developing relationships with senior level officials and executives
    A history of demonstrated quota achievement and consistent territory growth
    Excellent written and verbal communication; whether in customer conversations, product presentations, or written proposals, you always strike the right tone and communicate clearly and persuasively
    Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgement -- you know when to push and when to yield in maximizing the value of a potential deal
    Passionate and relentless about growth; you’re not deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building high-value relationships over time

    1. At least 12 years in IT in a large organization (more read below) 2. Experienced in ERP, Application Development, and Maintenance Projects (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

At least 12 years in IT in a large organization, including at least 5 years’ experience of leading and delivering Enterprise Applications - Package implementations and Application Development projects. 2. Must be proficient in the use of project management tools and must have detailed knowledge of the Project Lifecycle. 3. Experience and skill of process building and process enhancement to improve delivery efficiency. 5.
