• Technical Skills and Experience:
o Management experience as a manager or a leader (Mandatory Skill)
o Technical skills exceeding a fundamental IT engineer (Mandatory Skill)
o Experience as a service contractor at customer onsite (Mandatory Skill)
o Experienced in User helpdesk support and IT system operations (Mandatory Skill)
o Experienced in IT consulting or other similar operation (Preferred Skill)
o 3+ years’ experience in setting up and providing user support for servers, client PC, storage and network (Mandatory Skill) o Ability to understand the requirement and carry out investigation and reporting himself/herself (Mandatory)
o 3+ years of experience in service management based on ITIL principles, or IT Incident and Service management in an enterprise. (Preferred Skill)
o 3+ years of experience in system development as a system engineer (Preferred Skill)
o 1+ years of experience operating engineering related system (Preferred Skill)
