Description
Manage complete recruitment life-cycle to source the best talent to the company within set timelines
- Handle End-End recruitment activities
- Perform the following recruitment tasks (but not restricted to):
- Sourcing and screening of candidates through portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee references and Self-data bank
- Initial screening of the candidates
- Scheduling interviews and follow up with candidates
- Arranging and conducting interviews
- Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis

Requirements:
- 1-5 years recruitment experience
- Native level Japanese and business level English
