Description
The candidate will be assigned as a Business Development Manager role, focusing on opening new client account in Manufacturing (MFG) domain. Working with our Vice President and global team members, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, coming up with new proposals with our consulting service, tagging with our consultants and global team members while closing deals, and managing contracts. Our consulting theme mainly covers Strategic Planning, SCM, CRM, Organization, IT management, Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT/IoS, Global PMI, etc.


- 5-10 years of Business Development experience in manufacturing domain
- Business and IT consultant experience in Consulting firm is required
- Having a business relationship with CxO level for proposing strategic planning/business consulting service and being presentable to senior stakeholders
- Generating new consulting opportunities, creating proposals and closing deals
- Deep understanding in Consulting service proposed to any manufacturing client
- Strong client management and communication/negotiation skills
- Proven documentation skill. Being able to translate abstract concepts into convincing and actionable story line
- Able to interact with overseas colleagues and cooperate with them to win the global project
- Having any experience in selling a large-scaled consulting project
- Native Japanese with Business English conversation skill
