We are looking for two Program Management Office candidates for the finance department at an insurance company. Their primary role is to define and maintain standards for project management in the process of automating the IT legacy system.
Customer is going for a complete IT transformation program (5 years plan) where new IT packages will be implemented to automate many of current manual processes.
They have 75,000 SME clients and wish Program Management Officers for this transformation journey involving various projects.
Program Management Officer will be responsible for :
Overseeing the full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives
Managing Program Management Team
Communication and coordination with all stake holders at all levels.
Centralized risk tracking on program level (multiple projects)
Centralized status tracking on program level (multiple projects), including identifying more opportunities for automation.
Bilingual communication, including written & verbal, will be required in both Japanese and English.
Good experience in IT transformation program management, ex.identify new opportunities and execute delivery moving forward.
Good exposure/understanding of Finance (general Ledger/Sub Ledger/Actuary etc.)
Good exposure to Oracle Fusion/Oracle Analytics/SAP etc (not hands experience not required)
Strong facilitator of coordination/communication with different levels(high soft skill level).
