REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Employee Type: Permanent Position
Reports To: Finance Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:
➢ Our client is looking for a Senior Accounting & Financial Administrator to join Tokyo Office.
➢ The position fully assists with Finance Manager for managing the accounts receivables and payables of the organization.
➢ The position will develop the organization’s budget, prepares financial reports and is involved in directing its investment activities.
➢ The position is also responsible for planning the organization’s long-term financial goals and protecting assets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
➢ Check purchase invoices and employees’ expense reports.
➢ Reconcile bank accounts.
➢ Manage petty cash.
➢ Prepare sales invoices as instructed.
➢ File all sales and purchase invoices.
➢ Prepare payments using web banking system.
➢ Assist the director in the preparation of budgets, year-end closing and monthly closing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
➢ Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
➢ Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a must.
➢ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is a must.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
➢ Minimum 7-8 year experience in accounting or related work is a must.
➢ Experience in multinational company is a plus.

➢ Excellent organizational and time management skills

LANGUAGE:
➢ Business level of English both in written and spoken (i.e. TOEIC 800 or above)
➢ Japanese - Native
