Would play the role of Program Manage specific to Business Application Services delivery.
That he/she would be responsible for project/services delivery of multiple, IT related projects.
To establish good relationships across the CIO organization, business areas and suppliers in order to deliver the program successfully.
Spearhead to addressing customer escalations and following on improvement actions.
Responsible to improving customer satisfaction rate and reduce dissatisfaction factors
To engage in delivering projects end to end through the defined project lifecycle to agreed time, quality and cost, if needed.
To ensure profitability in the engagement
To engage in Business Application Services related Pre－Sales activities, Solution review, effort estimations review and customer presentation meeting etc.,
To maintain project integrity, focusing on internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes and strategies.
Ensure project best practices replication, KM project documentation utilized for project implementation for new projects.

Manage large team of consultants ＆ project managers to deliver the projects/services
1. At least 12 years in IT in a large organization （more read below） 2. Experienced in ERP, Application Development, and Maintenance Projects （SAP, Oracle, etc.）
1. At least 12 years in IT in a large organization, including at least 5 years’ experience of leading and delivering Enterprise Applications － Package implementations and Application Development projects. 2. Must be proficient in the use of project management tools and must have detailed knowledge of the Project Lifecycle. 3. Should have experience in Pre－sales activities, like driving RFx, at least 3 years in multiple domains. 4. Experience and skill of process building and process enhancement to improve delivery efficiency. 5. Good presentation skills, able to communicate effectively, to express views and reasons for decisions, particularly when talking to clients. 6. Ability to handle customer escalations and customer facing roles 7. Ability to discuss and communicate fluently in English. （read, write and speak） 8. Ability to communicate in Japanese （read, write and speak） – Minimum JLPT N2 level passed 9. Self－motivated and confident in own thinking and decisions. 10. Project Management Certification – PMI/Prince 11. Knowledge of ITIL Framework
