- Managing the sales performance

- Must have a 4 year University degree, prefer someone with a graduate degree or equivalent knowledge
- Experience in direct sales in core vertical markets
- Strong software sales experience
- Senior management experience is a must
- Must have a well developed network of contacts and relationships in key customer and partners
- Ability to lead
- Experience with Customer Focused sales and sales pipeline management
