Job Description Set CRM Strategy

Provide strategic insight on customer segmentation and profiling to CSB marketing director thru various analysis with global CRM and external CRM agency
Develop customer contact strategy together with GTM Marketing team
Design data base enrichment process by considering new technology as such DMP and web crawling

Marketing Performance Management

Analysis marketing performance at each segment and vehicle (DM, Catalog) together with product marketing, external CRM agency
Report out call and customer acquisition or retention performance weekly and figure out the root cause and actionable next steps

CRM Process Management

Orchestrate wider stake holders including Segment Marketing, Product Marketing, Production team, global CRM team, IT, and external CRM agency in order to predict or detect any negative impact in CRM operation or enrich customer info in data base

- More than 5 years CRM Strategy and Planning experience
- Native Level Japanese and Business level English
