Manages a team of exempt individual contributors for a type of tax or small country by monitoring and/or setting performance goals and objectives, staffing project teams, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of various tax efforts and programs.

Reviews the tax issues in a small country.

Education and Experience Required:
First－level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 8＋ years of related experience in tax, finance or the audit function.
Typically 0＋ years of supervisory experience.

Content expert in the field of tax matters.
Strong financial and business acumen; general industry knowledge.
In－depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to income tax transactions.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including goal－setting, conflict resolution, performance management, meeting leading, budget planning, problem solving, and evaluation.
Strong influence and negotiation skills and ability to persuade both tax authorities and convince businesses to comply.
