Job Title SCRUM Master - Data Platform Department
Job Description Responsibilities:

Serve as a SCRUM Master for a couple of delivery teams working on the different capabilities within the same product
Supports the team in writing up user stories and drive developers to write technical tasks to track progress and clearly communicate the objective of the task
Ensures teams maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery
Helps teams proactively identify impediments and recommends solutions to remove them
Utilizes team feedback and analyzes data (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity, and improve team efficiency and delivery
Represents teams in Scrum of Scrums meeting and clearly communicates team accomplishments, impediments, and downstream impacts
Understands domain architecture and upstream/downstream dependencies
Understanding of software development practices
Understands database schemas, data warehousing and business intelligence concepts

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of project management experience using Agile methodologies
1+ years of recent project management experience using the SCRUM methodology
Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in the areas of stakeholder management, negotiations and conflict resolution


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Atlassian management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts
Knowledge of Data Governance principles
Experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with containerisation using Docker
Experience with REST web services
Experience with DevOPS continuous delivery and delivery pipeline
